Poor training; appalling incompetenence at performing anything beyond a simple transaction; poor supervision; reluctance/refusal by agents to accept customer escalation requests; frequent communication breakdowns; little or no familiarity with the fundamentals of air travel from the experience of the customer; and like driving in LA, it takes at least an hour to get anywhere
