Yes, surly comes anytime and anyplace at UA. But on a recent call to UA in europe as a 1k, i got the ICC and the agent insisted there he could not sell me a SFO-FRA ticket because UA did not fly this route. Anybody here knows there at 2 daily UA non-sstops plus a LH code share. Even a VERY surly domestic agent know this...even though they might not want to make you want ot buy it.
