The IAH E PC is big enough that if CO wanted it there could be a dead spot by the door without inconveniencing members inside. Directional antennas could be used to minimize coverage by the TV sculpture (what's it called?). No more moochers. Problem solved.

CO doesn't do this, so it must not really be a problem. (I am neither a PC member, nor have I used the PC WiFi like that.)
