Adrian, wouldn't it be commercially sensible to prioritise the status passengers so that Prems, then Golds then silvers were allocated seats on the next available flights?
There also used to be a department within WNS in Mumbai whose sole responsibility was to analyse delays and disturbances and cancel "no hope" onward connections to release the inventory for resale and book the PAX on the first available flight. When did this service end?
