I love Le Manoir Richelieu. It's a little out of the way (90 minutes east of Quebec City) for those not familiar with the resort but it's worth the travel. I've been twice - once in winter and once in late summer / early fall. The scenery in Charlevoix is spectacular and there are many amazing restaurants within a relatively short drive. (The food at the hotel is quite good as well. Although the fine dining restaurant is at the higher end price wise).

$99 is a real bargain for this resort. Unfortunately I already have other travel plans booked over these dates but I'm sure a follow-up trip will be on my agenda at some point in the future.
