We have a choice of five airports in the L.A. area. As LAX obviously didn't rise to OP's standards, there are LGB, BUR, SNA, and ONT to contend for their affection. Personally I prefer LGB, BUR, and SNA.

L.A. is a great place. Do visit again.

I do around 50 flights a year out of LAX. The barking CI agents you get somtines ok..., The antique Terminal OK...., Waiting time until I am through security rarely above 10min usually far less. I have seen FAR WORSE.

also in SFO DEN.IAD and ORD !!!!!
