LA is a dump. They seem to have an aversion to any kind of public transportation, and of course the whole city's pedestrian unfriendly, not to mention the horrible smog. But then, I have a low opinion of LA because I hate driving.

Anyway no, towering steel and glass and marble floors and potted palms might not be NECESSARY, but it sure as hell would go a long way toward curbing those incidents of air rage.
