Apparently, my FTer companions and I got "scammed" in LAS a couple weeks ago from the airport to Circus Circus going the long way around. I had no idea till we'd arrived and the taxi was long gone. The fare was almost 2x what it would've been if we'd gone straight up The Strip, but I enjoyed the sights.

OT: The next morning, one of the FTers left his Blackberry in the taxi to the airport.
