For whites I like Albarino from Spain, and Roscetto from Lazio, Falesco makes a great one from Lazio call Ferentano, its very big with lots of muscle and can pair even with red meats.

For Reds, I have too many odd grapes that I love to list them all, remember there are about 4000 different grape varieties grown.
