I am going to send my 80 yr old parents to Ottawa for a family visit.
Which airline would offer the easiest travel for them?
Air Canada or Westjet?
The cost is almost the same from YYZ-YOW.
I am wondering about things like being on-time, check in, location of gates, and general ease of travel.
Do you think there are any real differences between the two?
