Another vote for Mid Valley for its mega range of shops.
Though the department stores are huge, it's great to know they have a quality range of wines.

I agree the sales can be great generally.
If the wines are on sale at times, all the better. ^
I noticed the duty free drinks stores at the KUL terminal, but only fleetingly as we made our way to the MH Golden sat lounge!
