I travel regularly from SYD-NOU. Usually I choose to book with Qantas to get their frequent flyer points but often, due to capacity issues, I have to fly Air Calin (SB) on this routing.

As is quite common on FB, the miles have never posted. I thus faxed over a claim for 4 trips on the routing.

To my surprise I received a letter yesterday stating that "Air Caledonie Intl is not a member of Flying Blue"

I am completely amazed by this: they always accept my FB card at check-in, it says they are a member of FB on their website and in their inflight magazine.

Am I entitled to miles on these sectors and what is the best way of following it up
