If the winds are gusting up to 50 mph, can Eagle land at DCA in that assuming there is not too much crosswind.

The arrival time is about 4pm. The winds are suppose to be from the west and I know DCA has a runway 33 that can handle the ERJ plus the normal runway 1 approach.

I would assume runway 1 would be a big crosswind for winds from the west.

Assuming they are from the west at that speed, could Eagle land on 33?
