The UA FirstSuite seems to be the average or median for the First class products out there, IMHO. It is a world better than most "seat" airlines but is behind some others that have gone with the suites....

I think the seat is easy to use and is functional, but the cabin is way too cramped... The aisles are narrow and if I were UA i would take out the 2 rows of 2 seats togther on the 744 which makes the back of the front cabin seem really crampt. On the plus side I enjoy the food in UA F, or maybe that was because it was my first taste of western food in 2 weeks, but anyway, for a guy that likes simple food, it was good (not as good as LH or SQ)

All in all I can sleep in it, and that makes it good.
