I've been carded once in the CRC when I was 20. Smiled and they said as long as I didn't drink I was fine. On board has been a different story though.
Since I turned 21 I've been carded almost every time. Prior to that... very little at all. The only difference is that most of the post 21 cards were on an F class MR MSY-ATL-SLC-IAH-SLC-ATL-MSY (2x) and once MSY-ATL-SEA-ATL-MSY where I paid for F on the first and booked into V on the 2nd @ booking.
All in all the CRC agents just seem to scan my BP and let me in. Never had a problem.
