I don't know whether there's a link, but here's my strategy. If the cards are in a free-standing "TAKE ONE" display, I always take an extra (cuz I'm not so good with pen.
) If I have to ask for 'em at the sup's stations, I say, "May I have two 'compliment cards', please."

OP -- PHX has/d one of these free-standing displays after the c/p leading to the AS gates.
