Many places I knew had at least 3/4 of its guest smoking. Now thoses places are quite emtpy and pushing the owners towards financial ruin.

If these governements did really care about its citizens health, the would prohibit smoking and the sell of tobacco. But that would lead to tax losses way too high. Go figure!!
