Not sure where to post this but you all are quite knowledgeable so...

Is there a way to consolidate my miles/points to my Mileage Plus account? I have 5500 miles in Delta and 39000 in US Airways that I am not going to use. I have 11880 in SPG. I could see on the SPG website that I could transfer these to United - at a miserable 2:1 but I may do it anyway.

My goal is to avoid buying the miles I need to upgrade a transpac flight in May. I've given up ever being able to do anything with those US Airways miles. They really make it very difficult IMO. I had a notice in December that my miles were going to expire so I did a little Christmas shopping to keep them + until I decided what to do. This trip to Japan has me motivated to clean up these little orphans and hopefully put them to good use.
