Yes. The plane had come into the airport on schedule, but despite the fact that about 40 people were waiting for it to take them to Ulan Baator, the airline decided that it would be a better idea to ferry three passengers (some local big shot and his relatives) several hours to the west, then go to UB, and only then come back for us. Our scheduled 6 PM flight finally left around 2 AM and I ended up missing all of my F award flights back from UB to Philadelphia. It certainly did make for a good story, although it cost me something like $3000 to get home...in Y...
