Billecart-Salmon NV in my recent experience, more than adequate for my tastes. FWIW, I've always been an NV kind of guy, although Pol Roger is preferred at home. (P.S. pre-departure "champagne" in C is to be avoided as it is not, Champagne, that is.)
Now I just have to decide between the '86 Cos d'Estournel or the '85 Lynch Bages with dinner.
