Depends on the equipment. Obviously you'll be on a 744 from the South Pacific and I would go for the First suite given a choice, however business seats are great too. On your transatlantic flight I would take the First Suite if you're on a 777 but if that portion is 767 I would go with business class as there is very little extra comfort in a 767 F class.
