Nope. On the other hand, there's been absolutely no notification that the rules have changed. Since Chris publically posted in a thread here about being allowed to trade up, you'd think he'd nofify us if the rules have changed.
But respectfully noone has seen Chris for quite awhile...... Who knows what has conspired since then.
