It's a strange mistake; consolidator fare; doesn't pop up on airlinedirect's partner sites (e.g., billigflug.de). Here are the "rules":

Buchbar bis: None (Book by)
Ticketausstellung bis: 2008-09-19 (Issue tickets by)
Umbuchung nach Abflug: -101 (Changes after departure)
Umbuchung nach Ausstellung: -101 (Changes after ticket issuance)
Stornierung nach Ticketausstellung: 100 (Cancellation after ticket issuance)
Stornierung vor Ticketausstellung: -101 (Cancellation before ticket issuance)
maximales Alter: -1 (Maximum age)
