Since conjecture is so plentiful already, Ill inject a bit more.

It wouldn't surprise me if this was as simple as something similar to some guy indadvertantly making light physical contact with an FA doing a seat belt check as he rudely threw up his hand to dismiss him/her, resulting in the FA getting PO'd and alledging assault.

Given the scant info, this is just as possible as any other theory IMO.
