Which is sometimes a bit better than Insurance4carhire.com - whose policy only covered car rentals from a depot more than 150KM away from home - at least if I'm headed to a wedding or the like then we're covered.
That said, the need for a hotel reservation can add to the costs - might need to start booking £26 travelodge rooms for stays with friends & family
