Booked a C award ticket for my mother with a different last name. This great CSR in HNL informed me if we had the same mailing address in our United.com profile, I did not have to sign an auditor’s coupon for an e-ticket. The profile is MPI/Redeem.

He also informed me HNL call center is no longer open 24/7. It is open from 4 am to 12 midnight Hawaii time.
