On the 777-200, there is no row 9. 10A & 10B and 10H & 10J are the two seat bulkhead pairs. 11C and 11G are the best seats because there is no seat in front of them.

However, I think the confusion arises because, according to KLM's website, your flight is operated by the soon-to-be-added 777-300 (a/k/a/ the 77W), not the 777-200 (772). You'll need to check the Flying Dutchman forum for further advice about this new equipment. Try this thread.
