These are systemwide upgrades that can be used for upgrades on any DL metal flight. They are only transferable if the other party is travelling with the PM member. They are valid for international (valid only with YBM fares) as well as domestic flights and can be confirmed at time of booking (if the upgrade inventory is available).

Unlimited space-available upgrades are only for domestic DL flights (excluding Hawaii) and most Caribbean/Mexico/Central America flights and cannot be confirmed until your elite windows (unless you have a full Y fare, which can be confirmed at time of booking).
