Some comments:

Seat = avegare, not true flat but OK. Newer generation seats are beating AY hands down, though. They updated the seat 5 years too late so they are already lacking on this aspect.

IFE = crap in M11s, better in 343s

Food = average, small portions. Some nice food campaigns, though.

Wines = pretty decent, used to be top notch but not anymore. The Port is still excellent, though.

Service = very inconsistent, can be excellent at times but depends on the crew of the day, one of the biggest downsides with AY long haul J, IMO

Pillow & blanket = pretty good, especially the pillow. These used to be better as well

Amenity kit = back on the menu, very basic, though

Drinks = very good drink selection by J standards (not in the lounge, though)

Inflight snack selection = quite OK actually

Difficult to compare head to head with other airlines as the markets are different but if you're looking for:

1. Seat = go for BA
2. Service = go for CX/SQ

AY is somewhere else but in their own league I'd say they have quite decent J product today.
