I was on a paid and heavily reduced ticked. I paid less than 10.000 EUR for two adults and a child (regular fare if you book several months ahead). The Hotel was included as a standard in that ticked - I even did not have to ask for it. However, I got a voucher for the hotel when my ticked was issued.
