Now... on topic: I am traveling to Delhi in March, and just bought up to an H fare from a Q fare. The agent on the Platinum line informed me that the additional fare would be $900 plus a $200 change fee. When I pointed out to the agent missing logic in charging a customer a fee to give Continental more money for a product I had already purchased, she put me on hold, and came back with the news that the change fee would be waived. It is a nonsensical policy, but one that apparently is not written in stone.
