I grew up in India and went to an Engineering college there. If I had written English in this slang (for the lack of a better word)

1) I would never have graduated
2) I would not have received any job offers
3) I could not have dared offer help to foreigners

I know I left India almost 20 yrs ago - but did the education system really deteriorate this much in 20 years? I find that hard to believe.

Sure, use this mode for texting on your cell, but please, when offering your services to those not familiar with India, it probably is more appropriate to use the proper language to give them confidence in your abilities.

Please don't flame me...
