$10 hotel rooms, a la Skybus
I manage a full service hotel (independent, no brand) in Sacramento. I'm thinking of making a small inventory of rooms available every night for $10, and marketing it in the same fashion as Skybus.
Do you think that there is any downside to this? I'd probably allocate 5 rooms per night (we have just over 100 in the hotel), and capacity control it.
