1. Tango fare availability: Non-existent most of the time. There's availability RIGHT NOW (Feb 6, 2008) but then again, OW fares to/from NY are $98 (ie. better than the cost of the pass). Try to find a Tango fare in 3-12 months. There aren't any!

2. Fly Mondays and Saturdays: What's the point? Plus... AC will probably only make Tango fares availabale on Saturday PM flights and Monday PM flights! There are only 4 flight credits to use in a 12 month period - why wouldn't they at least allow travellers who spent the cash in advance to travel on any day of the week?

3. Change fees: $60 in advance. $150 same-day: IF there are $98 Tango fares available online, you might as well give up your flight credit and buy a new ticket!

4. 25% Aeroplan miles: Probably not even Status Miles!

5. Hotel deals? NOT!
The flight pass is Tango fare attributes but it's not based on whether Tango fare is available for sale. This pass is booked in K class so as long as that class is available, you can book on a flight. This is the same as the unlimited winter getaway pass and no one here have reported availability problems from what I see. You can easily see K class availability using one of those online availability tools.
