I have not been to the LH lounge in CDG, - CDG is not the easiest airport to navigate. You will be departing from Terminal 1- --Terminal 1 has 7 "satellite" piers. I think US will leave from a gate in Satellite 5, The UA RCC is in Satellite 5, the LH Lounge is in Satellite 6. There is even an SAS Lounge in Satellite 7, if you are there early and want to explore.
