The original travel confirmation email from BMI, and Checkmytrip, are both showing all correct flights.

This is most definitely a bug in the bmi website, whcih has already been noted in the bug log but has not yet been fixed. The bmi site only displays the first leg of multi-leg bookings. If checkmytrip is showing both legs OK, then you're good to go. ^
