I was shocked to hear that they suffered around 30% loss of electronic headphones on EACH BOM-JFK roundtrip. On other sectors, they went through pillows and blankets at a 200% rate weekly. But magazines were by far the worst. They BUDGETED for a 100% DAILY turnover of magazines for EACH aircraft in the fleet.
