You know, if it wasn’t so serious........
(As in this is an airline, with whom not an insignificant amount of people’s money, not to mention time & travel / holiday plans, are invested)
......it would be hilarious !!!
But in reality, the sheer ineptitude that is displayed & the god awful attitude to anything resembling “Customer Service” is nothing short of disgraceful.
Maybe when you get back from your travels, you should write a peice for your newspaper on your experience with Aer Lingus.
At the very least, do report back here as to how you got on.
