Now that CMB is back online I am seriously planning my next DONE4 from there given the price is quite cheap and I have never been there. Also the KTM fare does not seem to be true.

Just a few questions on the details of the process:

1) Which Oneworld ticket office can issue this other than CX. I heard AA often ends up cheaper because of the tax calcs
2) Can is till get paper tickets from AA? Also can I still have 20 sectors? If AA can't What other options do I have?
3) Transit process in CMB and is it possible to do a turnaround?
4) Hotels/sight seeing in CMB? Worth it?
5) Other things to consider ex CMB? Visas required?
