There's a decent health club facility in the Hilton that's connected to the airport via underground walkway. Not sure if you exercise, but it's a great way to boost the energy level after a presumably long int'l flight.
If you're Hilton Silver and above, it's only like $7.00 to use.
In which case ride the train to terminal 2 and go down into the tunnel following the signs for the CTA blue line train and you'll find yourself at the Hilton.
If you do this, might as well also clear security in T2 and walk to T3 as T2 security is usually pretty quiet.
