I have e-mailed MP and after first claiming that I was booked in Q class they are now claiming "Only full "Y" fares are eligible for the 10,000 miles upgrades".

It's fairly common knowledge (at least here) that a B fare is eligible for 10,000 mile upgrades.

Is there anywhere where the codes are actually stated? I've looked online and can't find anything.

Does anyone have any inside knowledge on where I can point the customer service rep to?
