Understanding Fare Basis on Tickets

Last July we booked a trip LHR-SFO-RNO for this March with United Vacations. We used 40,000 miles (+ an extra 90GBP to upg from a Q fare) each to upgrade to C

I've had to change to just LHR-SFO (broken arm - no skiing )which was OK and have now got the tickets.

The fare basis on the ticket is BCWPXGB1 which to me suggests a B fare.

If so, presumably we could be due some miles back?

I'm happy paying the 40,000 as that's what's advertised and the United Vacations fly drives ex-UK are extremely competitive but if there's 20,000 miles each up for grabs I'll take it!!

Anyone with any thoughts or experience with this?
