Update for those who did not get the drink chits in your 1K kits.
I finally got the missing drink chits replaced after numerous emails with the 1K desk. The issue is definitely a fulfillment issue. My replacement drink chits expire 6/09 and was sent directly from the fulfillment company United contracts with in Chicago, IL.
Do not let the CSRs at the 1K desk tell you otherwise. The drink chit program has not been discontinued and this fact was confirmed by a United VP. For those of you still having issues, send me a PM and I would be glad to provide a contact person at United who is aware of the situation.
