I suspect that there are larger issues with CI and PK than the simple 'we supplied and there wasn't the demand'.
BA removing the 763 has more to do with open skies than it does with the Houston market...of course, it was their 'workaround' to get a direct flight from LHR from IAH. BA still will have two 777 per day out of IAH to LHR--and that is what they really wanted non-stops to LHR from Houston....two BA 777 per day: not bad I would say.
