You do have to angle your legs slightly in 31A as the emergency exit door protrudes outward a bit. Though any event, that is still the way to go if you're in the Y cabin.
Since the seats were moved with the elimination of MRTC, the seat is much closer to the exit and you'll be angling your legs more than just a little. Coupled with the lack of window (I'm a committed window seat fan), I would recommend 31B or 31H instead.
