A missed opportunity, IMHO, if that proves to be correct. The refinements over the last few years have been good, but the seat
really needs to be improved considerably (wider and a little longer) to keep the quality differential between J to an extent that justifys the considerable price differential.
As many have written and quite a few of us have experienced, the food and inflight service is often mixed (or worse). Whilst a new improved and better seat would not make up completely for the above difficiencies, it would be good.
The standard in other airlines is improving and BA should not waste this opportunity for a complete review.
