Could be right. The original plan, as explained to those of us who went to ne NGCW launches, was that the new F would be launched in April 2008. However, at that time the roll-out of NGCW was means to be complete by April 2008 - which is clearly won't now - so the new F may slip, as I assume only 1 plane can be out at once.
