eBbay seller claims they own copyright on 4 hour upgrade "loophole"

In another thread, JDiver linked to this ebay auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/American-Airline...QQcmdZViewItem

Looks to be an ebook detailing the four hour glitch by which a call to the automated upgrade system can vault one to the front of the upgrade line. Among the fine print is this gem:

Notice to fellow ebays: My ebooks have been copied and re-sold in the past. You know who you are and so does anyone else who looks at my feedback. Please note that unlike before, I will use every resource (ebay, paypal, small claims court) at my disposal to fight all copyright infringement. Unless you are a travel agent with a IATA number and have attended the industry conference THETRADESHOW in Las Vegas there is no way for you to know about this secret. I’ll be watching you, behave!
Watch out, everyone, if you discuss this trick here on Flyertalk.

If it was discussed at a Vegas travel agent tradeshow, it's hardly a secret anymore.
