Haha, iPod connections...good one. Just an EmPower port. Note that you need a special adaptor to use it.

I guess "roomy" is a relative thing. Those 777s were designed to haul lots of people versus being a luxury cruiser like a SQ 777. Yes, you can move around the plane and stand, but there's no swank lounge area for XF crew.
If you've been looking at the marketing of "those other" carriers that feature iPod connections, please know that UA's "First Class" experience is NOTHING like that.
