Important Info for Passengers Travelling to
Spain & Islands from the UK/Ireland/Poland/Slovakia/Malta/Morocco/Switzerland
The Spanish Government has introduced new measures requiring airlines to provide, (before flight departure) the Passport or National ID data of all passengers onboard flights departing from the UK, Republic of Ireland, Poland, Slovakia, Malta, Morocco and Switzerland to Spain. This information is known as 'advance passenger information' ('API' or 'APIS' data)

Can I supply this information to you online?

Yes, passengers can provide the required passenger information either after completing their flight booking online or via a weblink on our homepage or via the change/review booking function. A weblink will also be included in the 'Before You Fly' email which is sent to all passengers who provided us with an email address at the time of booking. What if I refuse you permission to release my data to the authorities?
If you do not provide us with the required passenger information in you will not be accepted for travel at Check-In.
What will this information be used for?
The data may be given to Border Control authorities, who have a legal right to receive the data. They may share it with other enforcement bodies for the purposes of preventing and combating terrorism and other serious crime.
